Comprehensive Course

This course allows participants to:
• Gain a basic understanding of common mental health conditions.
• Understand practical ways to promote and protect their mental health.
• Acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to provide initial support to people in psychological distress and signpost them to appropriate help.
It is composed of 4 sections; each section is split into modules. There are 10 modules in total. Each module takes 30 minutes to 1 hour on average to complete. You can take a break in the course of your learning, your progress will be saved automatically.
